Return Policy Returns & Replacements
We are committed to providing great products and great customer service. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply drop us an email at email@example.com within 7 days. Please then return your item to us in its original condition within 7 days and we’ll exchange the item or refund the purchase price. Returning Items by Mail Fill out the following information on the back of your invoice when you return the goods. State the item(s) you are returning. State the reason for the return. Indicate whether you would prefer a refund to the credit/debit card originally used, a cheque, or an exchange. Package the return securely (in the original packaging if possible) and include the original invoice. Packages must be returned pre-paid, and for your own protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. If you want the delivery charge refunded please remember to include the receipt for this cost.
