Dates form the base in this deliciously simple bar. Did you know that they are also known as Mother Nature’s Sweets? They definitely sweeten up our bars and make them gloriously sticky.
Almonds take center stage as the main ingredient in this nutty bar. Almonds and dates are just a perfect combination. We use whole almonds and chop them fresh within the production run.
Cashew Nuts are a must in this nutty bar. We use Fairtrade Organic Cashews! They benefit farmers and damaged communities in Pakistan, Burkina Fasco and Uganda by guaranteeing a minimum price, providing a social premium for the producers communities and encouraging farmers and community groups to add value to their goods, produce more economic products, adopt progressive methods and provide work above minimum rates particularly for women.

Honestly – we could eat our Primal Pantry Bars all day long. Why not starting your day with a primal breakfast, too? This delicious smoothie bowl with Mango, Banana and cubes of our Primal Pantry Almond & Cashew bar takes just a few minutes to prepare.
You will need:
- 1 cup of frozen mango pieces
- 1 frozen Banana
- 1 Primal Pantry Almond & Cashew Bar
Just add mango, banana and a little bit of water in a mixer and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve with pieces of the Almond & Cashew and fruits of your choice.
Tip: If you have overripe bananas just put them in the freezer and use them for smoothie bowls, you don’t need to trough them away!
