What's in them
The glue that binds our bars together. These dates get soaked with sunshine for a hundred days of the year. You can practically taste the sun's rays in every snack we make. ⠀
Goji berries are a superfood rich in vitamin c, fibre, iron and zinc. They contain all of the essential amino acids and are a complex carbohydrate.
Bright red and full of juice, raspberries provide an energy lift as well as a healthy dose of antioxidants. Raspberries are best grown in the United Kingdom and other parts of northern Europe.
We love Almonds. So much so, we pack them into a number of our bars. Full of dietary fibre, healthy fats and protein, it's easy to see why.
An environmental powerhouse, hemp is incredibly sustainable, grows fast and is pest resistant. Hemp also contains all 20 amino acids that the body needs and is therefore considered a "complete" protein. We use white British hemp protein as our main protein source for our Protein bars!
Pumpkin Seeds are the crunchy and edible kernels of the pumpkin fruit. They don’t just taste great but are also a fantastic plant-based protein source.
With a mild nutty taste, sunflower seeds have a firm but tender texture and will easily take care of your hunger pangs. They also provide a wealth of nutrients, soaked up from the ground during the life of the sunflower itself.
