VALENTINE’S DAY RECIPE!

It is coming to that one day of the year when couples get soppy and romantic about their better half, so we thought we would get involved and design a special treat that you could present your loved one with!

It is all very simple and easy, plus they taste and look amazing (especially when decorated with rose petals and rose stems like we did, but of course this is an additional bonus!).

What you need:

Mixed Berries Protein Bar(s) (one bar makes two hearts)

50g dark chocolate (or any type of chocolate you like)

Wooden lollipop sticks (optional)

Heart shaped cookie cutter

Saucepan and bowl for melting chocolate

Rolling pin

 

What you do:

Unwrap the Mixed Berries Protein Bar(s) and flatten it out with the rolling pin until about Β½ cm thick.

Cut the hearts out with the heart-shaped cookie cutter.

Boil some water in the saucepan and put a bowl on top. Put in the dark chocolate and stir until melted.

Dip the primal hearts in the melted chocolate and put on a plate in the fridge to set.
